Inhaling it is going to be the fastest way that the active ingredients actually go into the bloodstream. 

Hemp dry herb flower CBD can be vaped or smoked. It is usually used to be extracted and made into other methods of consumption. They not only come in raw form and you buy it off the tree in grams or ounces. It can be mailed to you or you can buy it from your local smoke shop or CBD store that carries it. CBD in the oil form is a very concentrated version of the hemp flower. It is extracted from the dry flower for higher potency in a smaller dose. You can do many things with this oil from take it orally or even vape it. However, the same oil is not used as either one. You would need to get the right vape oil or the right tincture to be used orally. 

Oil from Cannabinoids are the most discreet way to use them. They don’t smell and most of them have different flavors to them. Instructions on taking the oil orally is super easy. The top of the oil bottle comes with a dropper which you can use directly under your tongue. Taking it sublingually is the key to a quicker absorption.

 

Which One Is Better?

When you have different options, you generally ask yourself, which one is better? With these two, it all depends on preference. There are many advantages to both. For hemp flowers, it’s best used when you need relief quickly. Since smoking enters your bloodstream and takes effect almost instantly, that would be the best choice. Taking CBD oil is good because it’s very efficient and the alleviation lasts longer. It is also more clean because it doesn’t get your hand dirty or clothes smell like smoke.
